For all questions concerning technical support we ask you to use the online form and provide as many details as possible. This will enable better evaluation of your problem by our IT staff.

| 3. Why do I need to accept cookies? |
 |
A "cookie" is a small amount of data that is transfered on your browser by a Web server. The cookie can only be read by the server that sent it to you. It works like an identity card by saving your passwords, purchases and preferences. It it is used, for example, so you do not have to enter the client number and password each time you visit the ASTRAL site. |
| 5. How can I configure my computer to accept cookies? |

If you use Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options"; next, select the "Avanced" tab in the window that appears and check the boxes "Accept cookies"

If you use Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x:

In the Tools menu, choose Internet Options, |
