| 2. What is the product guarantee and how can I be reimbursed? |

We guarantee the use of our products will meet the product standards defined, essentially, on the packaging and in the instructions, for a period of 90 days following the date of its acquisition. If, contrary to expectations, the product has fundamental defects, the license holder will be entitled to a correction of the errors or replacement of the software. If the designers are not able to remedy the defects, the license holder may return the product for reimbursement of the purchase price.
This guarantee is not valid when the problem results from improper handling, abusive usage, or defective equipment. Neither the designers nor the suppliers can be held liable for any whatsoever damage in connection with the software. The liability of the designers is, in all cases, limited to the amount that the license holder actually paid for the product. The designers are not whatsoever liable for damages intentionally caused or for serious negligence of the user. |
