To download ASTRAL products you must choose a product to download and have access to the "Subscribers Area".

| 2. Where should I save the file to download? |
|
You may download the file to the folder you wish provided that you remember the location where it is saved. If you select the Desktop, it will be easier to find the file again and install it after downloading.

| 9. I'm done downloading, where do I find the file? |
|
The best way of knowing how to find the file is to pay close attention to the window
"Save as..." when you begin downloading. Once you click on the "Download" button and select the "Save on disk" option, you will see a "Save as" window that shows exactly where the file will be saved.
If you know the name of the file you may also perform a search on your computer. Do not rename the file because it could lead to installation problems. |
