You must:

1. Go to your download page
   If you have forgotten your confidential code, we can send it to you by email.
    
2. In the download page, click on Tropimed^®PDA to download the update and save the file on the hard drive of your computer.
    
3. Run the setup program: double-click on the setup program and follow the instructions on the screen.
    
4. Synchronize your device to complete installation.
    

If you have forgotten your confidential code, contact tropimed Customer Services. Your confidential code will be resent to the email address that you provided when you ordered the program.

From now on, Mobipocket is included in the Franklin software for your eBookMan. Make sure that you have a recent version of eBookMan Desktop Manager (at least version 1.14) with the Mobipocket Web Companion. Download and install the OS 2.0 for your eBookMan, with the Mobipocket Reader included.
 

The cause:
the file that you see is the demo version of Tropimed^®PDA.

• Either you have not installed the complete Tropimed^®PDA on your pocket assistant,
• Or it is installed but you have not opened the correct book.

Solution:
To delete Tropimed^®PDA from the Mobipocket:
In the Mobipocket Reader for PDA, you can delete an ebook from the Library view by clicking on the Delete button.

To install the complete Tropimed^®PDA on your pocket assistant,

• If you have already bought it, you can download it using your account on our web site.
• If you have not yet done so already, you may purchase an annual subscription with biannual updates from this page.

Additional Information:
If you have a PalmOS PDA, synchronization of an update may fail because the Palm tries to copy the new file next to the old one before deleting it. If you cannot store the file two times in the memory of your device, the synchronization will fail.
Begin by deleting the old version of Tropimed^®PDA (see how to delete) before synchronizing the update.
 

The Mobipocket Reader includes a free 14-day trial period for testing the Mobipocket Reader Pro functions. At the end of the trial period, Mobipocket Reader continues operating normally, but without the all the functions contained in the Pro version. You may continue using Mobipocket Reader Standard, free of charge.

This problem is due to a lack of free space in the main memory of your PDA. You must have approximately 1 Mb of main memory. You may check the free space on a Palm device by using the App menu of the Palm->Info..., then click on the Version button.
 

You should go to the online order form and indicate your Tropimed Subscriber status in the comments field (be sure to provide your customer ID).
