| 2. What is the difference between Epidemiological News and Faxnews? |

The News items are available online and updated each week by professionals based on the current news in the area. Each News item includes the possible consequences for travelers with links on additional references and information. A search (by date or key word) is used to view News items in the last 2 years and each News item may be sent by email. This is a service reserved only for subscribers. |

Faxnews is a selection of the most important Epidemiological News of the month. It is delivered each month to subscribers by fax or by email. It allows to view the important news of the month at a glance. |

| 6. What is a multilicense? |

A multilicence is a license that gives the right to install Tropimed® on several computers for several users. This option is intended for buyers with several persons who need to use Tropimed®. The rates are discounted depending on the number of copies of software purchased. |
| 7. How to choose a license? |

Single workstation license When a user aquires a single workstation license he or she has the right to install and use the software on a single computer.
For example: 1 license = 1 workstation 1 pharmacy = 1 license |

Multilicense For a medical office, the buyer should determine the number of computers used (either locally and networked) or the number of physicians who will use the software.
For exemple: 2 pharmacies = 2 points of sale = 2 licenses 1 medical office = 1 license x number of physicians
If you are a company We propose an annual price based on the type of use on the number of workstations as well as the type of service desired. Contact us for further information.
If you are an institution (University, Hospital, Clinic, Library) Institutions may benefit from a special multilicense price. This is still based on the number of users and/or the type of use (commercial, educational, etc.). Contact us for further information. |

| 10. How to update Tropimed®? |

The Tropimed® data stored on the computer are updated by the issuance of a new CD-ROM (2 times/year) and as needed by the Internet. When an Internet update is available a notice is sent to subscribers by email, ordinary mail, or fax. |
| 12. What is a cookie? |
 |
A "cookie" is a small amount of data that is transfered on your browser by a Web server. The cookie can only be read by the server that sent it to you. It works like an identity card by saving your passwords, purchases and preferences. It cannot transmit a virus. |
